The management

The Steno management board is a multi-disciplinary team with representatives from the four centres: The Patient Care Center, The Research Center, The Health Promotion Center and The Education Center.
 
From August 2011 the management comprises

The management areas of the four centers

• The management of the Patient Care Center deals with the day-to-day running of the hospital and is responsible for treatment and clinical development.
• The management of Education Center is responsible for the planning, course development and the running of all educational activities in relation to the statement of aims and agreements with Capital Region and Novo Nordisk.
• The management of the Steno Research Center is responsible for research and development and the coordination of activities between the research groups.
• The management of Steno Health Promotion Center is responsible for research into patient education, prevention and health promotion due to the strategy for the center.
